I came away from my appointment feeling listened to and understood for the first time in 6.5 years. Dr. was empathetic, kind and patient and I felt she really cared about me and the issues I have been having

Completed econsult regarding current health issues. Seen by Dr listened to my concerns regarding my health issues, understood my concerns, advised few things to help. Didn't feel rushed, she really understood what I need.

Dr was really patient, talked through my symptoms and explained how my medication would help, very understanding. Just a shame it took about 5 weeks just to see a gp.

Nice Doctor, who would actually listen to you problems, give you pros and cons to potential treatment options, and then jointly agree on a way forward.

Having rang the surgery as instructed during my e- consultation, l was given an appointment for the same day,the nurse was efficient and informative and l was pleased with my visit.

Saw gp same day . She was very professional and empathetic. I left having a plan for treatment and feel confident this will be done. .I Was pleased that he rng me later with some results and a forward plan. Thankyou.

I am extremely pleased with my consultation with a lady doctor and what she has put in please for my follow up appointments. She is very thorough and put my totally at ease.

Today I met with Dr who was a different Doctor than I was assigned to on my original appointment, I was extremely satisfied that the transition between the two was very smooth & my care required was fully understood without having to re evaluate how I was feeling & explain again in detail given my initial assessment had me feeling very anxious. Both Doctors have been extremely supportive of my condition which has been a major factor in my attitude to participating in CBT therapy which I know is going to benefit me massively to deal with my stress and anxiety going forward 🙏🏻. Well done Acklam Medical Centre on seeing me at very short notice in a face to face environment, this has been very helpful.

Dr irogue is a credit to the practice. Professional caring and very informative regarding my condition and medication. He is a pleasure to have as your doctor.
