Nurse was very helping and professionally attended the patients, she check up briefly and also advise for further test, friendly with kids

Excellent service, quickly in and out. The whole thing was extremely well managed. No rushing about, all calm and helpful. My daughter in law, couldn't believe how quickly I was done.

The GP I saw went above and beyond to help me during my appointment. They wanted to make sure they did everything they could to make sure I would be treated correctly. Which meant they needed to send me to hospital, they spent alot of time on the phone to get me to the right place, despite this taking a long time they were persistent and made sure I was able to go and be seen. I can't thank them enough for how supported and heard I felt during the appointment, and how much time and effort they gave me. Really great practice from the GP, would happily be seen by them again.

I can always get an appointment when iv needed one and have had all my test results explained to me and feel like I have been very well looked after

I checked in at the Doctors and didn’t have too wait long before I was called up, the nurse that saw to me was very nice and pleasant and helpful and covered two appointments at the same time which I’m grateful for as this saves me from coming back at a later date, she also gave me another appointment for November 2024 and she also helped me sort out my medication, so I say a big thank you.

I took my 11 month old to be examined as she has been poorly for a few days with a chesty cough and Diarrhoea. The doctor we saw was not thorough at all, I had to ask him to listen to her chest for him to say she is fine, to give it 5 days and all symptoms should pass. He missed the fact she has a chest infection which I later found out by going back to the GP and seeing another doctor who did fully examine my child and was really good. I am not impressed as this could have resulted in a much worse situation for my child and needs addressing.

I was left feeling better as dr gave me time to explain and finally talk about more than one body part as it is all connected but did take over week to get in with her but she was great

Visit for a whooping cough vaccine. Little wait after my allotted appointment time. Nurse apologized for the wait. Appointment was efficient and the nurse was very friendly and made me feel comfortable making conversation xx

Had to cancel appointment due to having a severe cold and didn’t want to put other patients at risk. Receptionist canceled my appointment and gave me another appointment 1 week later.
