    I have a wealth of problems. But I am never made to feel like a burden. I am always respected and do the same for the staff. They are very supportive. I needed a word with the doctor, who rang me the next day. In addition to answering my questions, he detected that I was wheezing and offered me a new drug for my allergies. I am very impressed. So one to go for if you have breathing problems!

    I attended an appointment Parked in disabled parking space with blue badge in window Two weeks later received parking penalty notice for £75.00 totally unacceptable!!!!

    Dear Mr Smith, I am sorry to hear that you received a parking fine during your visit to the surgery. There have been cameras on site at Longton Health Centre for some time now, installed by our landlords Midlands Partnership Trust Foundation. They have a reception located within our building and maybe able to help you with this. There is signage around the car park and inside the premises to alert patients to the fact that your car registration needs to be logged on entering, but appreciate your frustration about the penalty.     Parked in disabled bay showing blue badge I believe it's a parking permit ? Attended appointment that took 40mins 3/1/2023 Only to receive a parking fine £75.00 There were no posters or signs in the surgery to inform patients that the car park was now being taken over by a private company starting January 2027 and you are liable to parking fines When booking in the screen was down therefore I spoke to receptionist to book in for the appointment but was not informed that the car park system had changed My appeal to the car park company was throw out twice I find this appalling and nothing but exploitation Beware if you park on the premises !!!!!!

    Dear patient, I am sorry to hear that you received a parking fine whilst attending an appointment at the practice. There are notices as you enter the car park and drive towards the rear of the building as well as on display in the practice premises, and the reception hatch. The cameras do not recognise a disabled badge. The system was also in operation pre-covid and re-instated again this January. I appreciate that this is very frustrating for you and other patients attending the practice. Unfortunately we have no remit with regards to quashing the fines as the cameras have been installed by our landlords, Midlands Partnership Trust Foundation. As a practice we have tried to request removal of the cameras, without success. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind Regards, Bev Heath Practice Manager

    New to the surgery but had a bit of a worry. I got in to see a lovely Nurse Practitioner who put me at ease. A really nice cool room.Its a busy surgery lots of people coming in and out the rooms and through the main doors. Given that Everything is spotlessly clean, Toilets are fresh as well. Its a clean, organised and professional place and the staff are very friendly and greet you with a smile and eager to please.

    My wife has further health worries and she saw a great Nurse Yesterday. This practice never lets us down and we have had a call from The Royal Stoke within 24 hours for an appointment in less than a week. Obviously the admin here works. Very caring staff Management and Doctors. I can't recommend enough.

    I have had interaction with a member of staff today who handled my calls brilliantly. But the girls are very much in my thoughts. Plus the patience and the attention of the doctor today on the phone. Plus the Nurse Practitioner. I feel very privileged to be on this panel. Thank You all oh and the ever suffering the Practice Manager who is my go to.

    I would like to thank all the staff for rallying round to get a new med issued from another NHS Department. I was so low I needed it and so far so good. I think I got everybody involved and they have great team work and caring Doctors and management. I don't know what I would do without them. I would recommend 10,000 per cent

    Waited 40 minutes, saw numerous people arrive and go straight in. I asked why I was waiting so long, I was told I was next only for two more people to go in before me. The waiting room was like a sauna with numerous people complaining.
