I contacted the surgery this week as I am feeling very depressed and anxious with my physical health. I was given an appointment via telephone the same afternoon. The Nurse telephoned me on the dot and she gave me a good while to " offload " on my situation. She also answered all my questions and offered me another blood test to ease my mind. I had my last physical test by way of an MRI yesterday in The Royal Stokes impressive new machines so I am hoping for a positive outcome. The care has been exemplary from this practice.

My wife and I have been with the practice for 10 years but when the new Doctors acquired it they upped their services and even have a Mental Health Nurse. My wife depends on the staff here for support and myself with other disabilities. At no time have the reception staff been discourteous or offered over-the-counter assessments of our health. Even now the NHS services are under terrible pressure and they have come good for us all the way. All the staff is good people. We feel very supported and secure with our care.

I have had issues previously not being able to get through on the phone but things are much better now and I have found not much of a wait to speak to a receptionist. I recently saw the new prescribing pharmacist who was absolutely lovely and a real credit to the surgery- hope she will be there long term. Also saw one of the GP's who was very thorough and helpful. I feel that things have really improved at the surgery.
