I was nervous about my procedure today but the nurse I saw was very experienced, informative, professional and knowledgeable. I felt listened to, my wishes were respected and the procedure was successful.

I have been at this GP for nearly 4 years. I find the reception staff very helpful, I like the online system for booking apts and had a great experience today with the practice nurse.

Today I had the challenge of having a smear as I’ve always previously been treated not very well. My experience at Addison was very impressive. I was given lots of information about what would happen and was treated with a great deal of respect and genuine care and provided with useful information about what would happen in the future and reasons why these tests are done. Thank you very much

I went in for a routine cervical screen and was seen on time and had a friendly experience with the nurse/GP. The exam and next steps were all explained clearly. Overall, great appointment.

I described my symptoms using the online form and was offered an appointment within days. The doctor was really helpful, kind, patient and informative. Have come away very satisfied. My only feedback is that sometimes the online form takes quite a while to fill in and sometimes the questions it asks are not easy to answer as they don't relate to the issue you are describing and you can't get an appt without filling it in.

My first visit to this surgery was also the first time I felt listened to and cared for — I have complex, unexplained endocrinal and autoimmune disorders that some conceiving difficult and have been self-educating and advocating for years. This was the first time I felt listened to and properly cared for by a doctor who wants to work with me. It made me tear up.

I visited the Practice on Thursday 8th September at 11.50. Despite running a bit late, the GP I saw was calm, friendly and thorough. She listened carefully to what I had to say, took BP and examined my neck and shoulder area. She decided to order some blood tests and I collected the forms from reception on my way out. I had blood taken on the Friday and by Monday most of the results were back and I received a text from her saying she had sent a prescription to my chemist. I was very impressed with this doctor's thoroughness and the speed with which my symptoms were recognised and treatment commenced. Also I should add that the reception staff are helpful.
