I came in 2 weeks ago the doctor was very good very helpful was seen quickly. The receptionist was good i have been given a appointment today also within 3 hours

it’s very easy to get prescriptions sent to your pharmacist through the prescription team. only issue is the line is open for a very short period of time so if you miss it you have to wait till the next day to call them.

Always friendly, helpful and efficient. Addison Road has been brilliant every time I’ve been. Reception staff have always been friendly and helpful which isn’t the case at other surgeries I’ve been to and it really does make the visit more pleasant. This time I saw the physiotherapist and she was very helpful and explained everything so that I fully understood it all. I honestly have no criticism of this surgery.
