My wife and I attended for flu and pneumonia jabs this morning.There was a stream of people attending for the same reason.All the staff were smiling and helpful and doing their best to make the aged attendees feel calm.All was under control with people moving efficiently from room to room.

Attended the Flu Clinic on Saturday morning. It was really well organised with two receptionists and no waiting. Really nice welcome , in and out in under five minutes. Well done.

Very quick and efficient. Took my elderly neighbours (95 & 96) too who are both very unsteady on their feet and I spoke with a receptionist who said it would be no trouble to get a nurse to go outside and give them their injections in the car. Brilliant and so kind.

Had flu and pneumonia injection on Saturday it was very well organised. There was a steady flow of people moving along very quickly. Well Done

I had a text giving me details of the 2 all day Saturday sessions available for vaccinations. I booked a slot for 1.02 arrived early but the time from giving in my details and leaving having been vaccinated was no more that 90 seconds. I was impressed with the organisation for the day and also very appreciative that hard pressed medical staff had set aside 50% of their weekend to assist with the vaccination programme. A fantastic team Alpine House. Thank you.

Most recent visit was for the flu vaccine yesterday. The practice was well organised; staff were efficient and patients were given the vaccines without any delay. On every occasion that I have seen a GP, I have had helpful, understanding, professional care. Diagnoses and treatments have been explained well. Nursing staff are efficient, competent and kind. The reception staff are also helpful and polite. Considering how busy the practice can be, I think they cope with patient volume and issues well. Having been a patient there for 33 years, I would recommend Alpine House Surgery.

The Covid booster inoculation was very well organised, the staff were charming and it took no more than 10 minutes from beginning to end despite a large number of people.

long ques dealt with very quickly,3 nurses working at the vaccination clinic processed the large volume of patients with very little waiting.All the nurses were very experienced and pleasent.

When I arrived, I was not expecting the queue for Flu and Pneu jabs. It was, however, very efficient processing of a large number of patients - friendly and cheerful.
