The flu and pneumonia jabs were so well organised we were in and out before our allocated times. No queues and all staff were efficient and friendly

All the staff work so hard trying to make the individuals experience a good one, it is difficult under the present circumstances that we are living with but they make the best of it for everyone, well done !

Fast service and everything done to help my elderly friend. Staff were all very friendly. Thought had been given to move the queue quickly through the building.

I had a text giving me details of the 2 all-day sessions available for vaccinations. I booked a slot, arrived early, but the time from giving in my details and leaving having been vaccinated was no more that 90 seconds. I was impressed with the organisation for the day and also very appreciative that hard pressed medical staff had set aside 50% of their weekend to assist with the vaccination programme. A fantastic team at Alpine House. Thank you.

Every time I've been for a vaccination - and yesterday was my flu jab - the surgery have been extremely quick and efficient - and friendly

Attended the surgery for flu and pneumonia vaccination on Saturday 23rd Receptionists were very friendly and helpful as was the nurse who gave the jabs. Very efficient and quick process from start to finish

Alpine House I find whenever I go to Alpine House Surgery there is always someone there you can ask for advise if you have a query regarding anything A very calm and happy environment

Having attended the Surgery on a Saturday morning to receive a flu vaccination I found an extremely well organised procedure in place. Having booked in I was not kept waiting long before being told which room to go to, the nurse administering the vaccine was very friendly answering my questions fully. An administrator updated my medical records as the procedure was completed.

I was invited to book an appointment for my annual flu vaccination and to have my Pneumonia vaccination on Saturday 16th September 2023. I would like to say how brilliant this was. It was well organised, no delays,and all the staff were very friendly and kind. Thankyou to all the staff involved, in organising this vaccination session.
