Annual bloods done this morning - quickly and professionally done. I have had several bad experiences in the past - bad bruising, repeat visit … no problem at all this time.

I had my flu jab in the Saturday clinic. From booking to receiving my injection, the whole process was managed well. On the day the clinic was fast and efficient and staff were lovely and welcoming. I would definitely recommend others to use this service.

Attended for a health check. Appointment was on time. Nurse was very friendly and professional. Explained everything clearly. A pleasant experience (well, as pleasant as they can be)

We were having our flu jab like a lot of other people, the staff had everyone processed in different rooms and out again very quickly, just like a well oiled machine.

I was very pleased that the receptionist recognised I needed attention as a asthma sufferer when I called in without notice and she arranged an appointment with a doctor in an hour after I had explained over the counter medicines had no effect. The doctor prescribed antibiotics which sorted me out within four days. Thank You all Alpine House staff. John Stockill

Had bloods took today by F didn’t feel a thing as the needle went in, brilliant I would definitely ask for F to do my bloods in future.

I have been looked after and supported by a practice nurse over the last 6 weeks or more regarding a nasty wound on my back that required great care to get it to heal. She has been brilliant! She included myself and my husband in every step of the process and has helped me overcome an upsetting experience regarding the wound. I am so grateful. Thank you.
