As ever my blood test was a comfortable friendly experience. If you have to have them regularly this is the phlebotomist who doesn't leave bruises. The results will come through efficiently too.

My husband and I attended the surgery today for our flu jabs, the whole process was flawless from start to finish. Plenty of staff, well organised, quick polite and professional. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good work.

Easy checking in to the practice. On time appointment. Blood test was carried out with care and due attention. The nurse was friendly and informative on next steps. Great service.

My wife and I attended the flu Jab session this morning. It was both efficient and welcoming. All the staff were cheerful and we thank them for being so thoroughly professional throughout.

Went to the practice for my Annual flu jab today, although it was extremely busy, it is well organised inside the surgery. I was in and out in a few minutes. One thing to be aware of is - With so many people attending- Parking close to the surgery was not very easy.

I went to have bloods taken today, the young lady I saw, put me at ease as I don’t like having bloods taken. She has a lovely nature and is very caring. Also gave me some useful information about the NHS app.

I have always found this practice to be well organised and efficient. I have just attended an appointment to give a blood sample, this was completed within 10 minutes by the nurse. Thank you and well done to all Alpine House staff members.

Had my bloods taken by a lovely lady called felic and she made me feel so welcome, she was on time and had a general chat with me Hopefully if I ever have a blood test again I will have her
