I was surprised to get an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner the same day I contacted the Surgery. She was very friendly which made it easier to explain my issue. I was confident that I could trust the advice and treatment I was given.

I had a telephone appointment with the pharmacist today for my medication review. (Like so many things, it's something the GPs no longer do, but I guess that's fair enough as the conversation would have been much the same). I did have to prompt the pharmacist to look at my recent blood test for thyroid levels and BP results, but aside from this I felt she was very understanding and was proactive in suggesting another blood test for calcium levels. She sent me a link to arrange the appointment for this, which did not work - but I reported this back to her and she proactively not only booked an appointment for me but has also escalated the issue with appointment link (I had reported it to the practice previously for my original blood test via the receptionist a month ago, but obviously nothing had been done about it) So overall the experience wasn't perfect, but I do feel the pharmacist did her very best for me and I am happy with end result.

I've interacted with of the practice nurses. Polite friendly professional & compassionate all spring to mjnd.. Wonderful ladies who made a huge difference to me whilst I fought cancer & went through a particularly difficult chemotherapy phase.. East to talk with. As I'm housebound they have always been. Quick to answer calls & attend to me & always with a smile & a laugh which is so so important... Its a lovely feeling having confidence in their professional ability to help & make the correct decisions for me.. Outstanding

After contacting surgery via anime, nurse practioner called me to make an appointment for the same day. She was very friendly & welcoming. Also very helpful. Prescribed me ear spray which i got straight away from surgery chemist. Very much appreciated. Thankyou

I had been having really severe headache due to sinus problems. I had my blood pressure and temperature taken, my eyes and the sources pain checked. A prescription was given with advice to monitor my blood pressure and report this for the next week, revisit the optician in case I needed adjustment on my glasses and to get n touch if there were further problems. Not rushed and felt I was listened too.

Firstly in an attempt to secure an appointment as it wasn’t classified as an emergency it was quickly dismissed and I was told to essentially sort myself out through an online portal. However in hospitality the no.1 trait that matters is compassion- the fact that I’m not about to die doesn’t mean my condition isn’t an emergency to me for all you know I have failure to function adequately. at the bare minimum make me feel welcome and like my health is valued. Later I was called in to come back on the same day & i can confidently say I’ve been given the wrong diagnosis and no help at all not even an over the counter medication was advised now my time has been wasted and I’ve been left to my own devices to find a cure. I would like to commend the nurse- she followed protocol and was hospitable. Ultimately I’d say going to the practice was a complete waste of my time and energy.

I requested support via Anima, I was called within a couple of hours, appointment an hour later, immediate test for DVT within surgery plus examination, referred for an xray again within a couple of hours . Follow up call with Drs and advice given . Absolutely, amazing service

Have been with this surgery for nearly ten years and apart from the odd misunderstanding cannot speak more highly of the doctors and staff! I had a heart problem when I phoned up thanks to the quick thinking of the receptionist and doctor I am hear to write this review !!
