Good advice and examination. Friendly and reassuring consultation. The issue was well explained and the treatment plan discussed without any pressure.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Who gave me a wonderful service and told me everything I needed to know, I feel very lucky to have this practice in my community.

This is the best experience I have ever had in a Doctor’s appointment. He was kind, considerate, and a genuinely good human being- a true role model for other doctors to follow. I felt very lucky indeed to have seen him and I feel supported and informed after speaking to him. Bravo

It was a very positive consultation my Doctor addressed all my concerns and between us we devised a plan to move forward. My condition is very long standing and I really need a very understanding Doctor happily that's exactly what I have.

My 99 Yr old mother's annual review with the nurse was excellent. Very pleasant and caring. It made the experience easy with a very frail old person.

Happy with my consultation. Awaiting on an x-ray from the local hospital. A treatmemt plan can be put in place by my GP once we have the results.

I called the practice in the morning and requested a telephone appointment with my GP. Having explained my medical condition I was put on the doctor‘s roster for afternoon calls. This resulted in my being invited to attend a face to face meeting that same evening. The very next morning I was contacted in order to arrange a blood test and told to expect a call concerning an ultrasound test. I was impressed with this efficiency. Throughout I received a sympathetic ear from my GP including a follow up call to find out how I was. She patiently answered my many questions.
