From the morning when I called I had a very efficient service. The receptionist was helpful and the doctor contacted me the same day and then saw me in the afternoon and gave me a diagnosis and prescribed antibiotics. Very helpful

I was seen on time and my health problem was discussed regarding diagnosis and possible treatment in a very clear way. The doctor also kindly helped with another small issue at the same consultation. I found the appointment to be a very positive experience.

The GP was professional and helpful, offering efficient and knowledgeable advice during my appointment that also included advice about the travel clinic services on offer at the practice.

Review titled Not so good practice
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Receptionist is terribly rude. My appointmeny was at 15:50 until 16:10. By 16:13 I was not even in. And when I went to ask the receptionist she just said "She's running a bit late (bit late is 5 min, 20 is a joke and if a patient is more than 10 mins late, needs to rebook) its up to you if you want to stay or leave". She was also sighing all the time like if she was really tired or annoyed. Eventually the doctor came, not the best, but not the worst either, and she took her time with me. Important to say that the doctor was from the family planning services whereas the receptionist was from the surgery. My issue here is mostly with the receptionist

Dear patient, thank you for your feedback, it is always difficult when patients do not leave their names, but were were able to identify you. The reception staff are not responsible for GP's running late, the Family Planning clinic use a room at the practice and we are not responsible for the booking or for the running of this service, we are pleased that you were happy with the GP. We understand that your own practice has contacted you about your feedback.

Review titled Carer registration
Rated 3 stars out of 5

I rang the practice to ask about registering as a carer for a relative and was told I needed to collect a form from the practice. When I went to collect the form I was told my relative needed to write a letter which they did. When I took the letter told and asked if it could be recorded on my record that I am a carer. I was told this does not happen at this practice and is only recorded on the care for patient record. Is this the truth as numeral carers and nhs websites say you should have this recorded on your own gp record.
