The doctor listened and carefully considered and gave good advise after reviewing my history was able to sign post me to my previous consultant expert and prescribe me with required pain relief for the meantime l was very happy with the doctors help by telephone he was able to repeat advice to make sure l understood all the advice and would be able to benefit from it

Always great but wanted to mention this specific experience - had the coil fitted and it was unpleasant (due to me having 0 kids) but nurse R and doctor C (not allowed to write names) were amazing with how they treated me and cared for me. Sometimes you get staff that aren’t very caring or compassionate but those 2 were the complete opposite and I really appreciated this and needed that amount of care during the procedure!

I phoned to see if a report had arrived from the cardiologist. It had arrived this morning. I'm anxious as have a problem with my heart and need meds changing and new ones added. I also need bloods checking and asked if I could see my GP. The receptionist was amazing. I told her how worried I am and she reassured me that the report didn't say urgent. She then sent the report urgently to the pharmacy team. She then booked me in for the blood check next week and also arranged for my GP to call me a week today. What an amazing service, I couldn't ask for more.

The receptionists were really helpful and managed to book my blood test, asthma check and doctors appointment all on the same morning. The Female doctor that I saw really listened to me and remembered what I had said on a previous appointment- she gave me confidence with the extreme pain that I am currently suffering. She suggested a telephone review for my next appointment to save me struggling to get to the surgery. I felt really cared for and understood- thank you

I attended the surgery today with my daughter and she was seen by a certain doctor. I just wanted to say how amazing this doctor is and the advice and support she gave my daughter was immensely helpful. We came away and felt we were finally being listened to and getting somewhere. Thanks again to this doctor for everything.

The Doctor I saw it felt like she was rushing me and wasn't really listening I felt like I wasted my time trying to get help.

This afternoon I attended a consultation with the practice pharmacist to review my mother's medications. She was very thorough and informative. She explained everything very clearly to my mother (91). Her manners was pleasant, helpful and caring, and mum and I both benefitted from the meeting.

I am a type 1 diabetic who managed through lack of planning and compounded by Easter holidays, was going to run out of insulin within 3 days. The very kind professional managed to get me an urgent telephone consultation with the doctor who facilitated a prescription within 2 hours of me reaching out to Archwood Practice in Woodley. Given that I would have been in a real pickle without insulin this urgent service keeps me in a good spot. Thanks for helping and also following up to make sure everything got sorted. Tremendous!

I work in the NHS so I know how stretched everyone is at present, but that doesn't seem to phase archwood medical... you always read the notes and understand I have a medical condition and I always get an appointment when I require one... I have never been advised there has been no appointments. You all work really hard and when my sample came back today and the hospital rang you got that looked at my a doctor immediately and withing 5 mins of that phone call you had sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Thank you to all your staff for always looking after me. Never change! Your doing things right now!
