I had a bit of an issue with a prescription as the pharmacy I went to no longer had the ointment in stock. With work I didn’t have time to be driving all over for it so called the practice. The lovely receptionist I spoke to went above and beyond calling some other pharmacies managing to locate one which had a cream instead of an ointment. She asked the doctor to amend the prescription and it was all sorted within less than an hour of my initial call to the practice. To me this was above and beyond what was required and I was extremely grateful.
