    I had an appalling experience at Loxford Polyclinic, which I believe is the worst clinic in the entire country. I waited for over an hour for my appointment, only to discover that I was never marked as checked in, despite having spoken to someone at the reception upon arrival. When I inquired, the receptionist informed me that I would have to come back another day and book a new appointment, which is nearly impossible with this practice. To make matters worse, I did a blood test at the end of November, and the results came in December. However, I was not informed about them and couldn't get a hold of anyone at the clinic despite numerous attempts. They never called me back. After months of trying, I finally managed to secure a telephone appointment for July 29th. Yet, the clinic never called me for this appointment either. This level of disorganisation and lack of communication is unacceptable. I highly advise against using Loxford Polyclinic for any medical needs. The Google reviews say it all. This practice needs to be shut down and be replaced with a better one.

    Thankyou to the doctor, as her urgent call helped to save my Dads life. She called me straight after getting the results for my dad’s tests and urged us to take him to a&e. Thank you for all your help

    Thankyou for the great staff who are trying to help my Dad with all his health issues. I would suggest you fix the self checkin monitors for speedy checking in and open all three counters so the que can move along. I appreciate you are looking after 35,000 patients in the area but this will really help. You are doing a great job.

    I have tryed several times to get my GP giving consent for a blood test ither on dr iq app or via phone call wich no one picks up, so I went to the practice today asking what do I have to do to actually get a blood test referral, the lady sayd I should call 8 am or use the app, I have told her I still can't get hold of them, and 8 have asked nicely if I am under 40s and I don't have any Simptoms means that I won't be approved for a blood test, as that what the Dr iq app said! And she has casually replied "yes" so means there is no right of getting a health check up "unless you are in danger or having deadly Simptoms!!! This is outrageous, I left the practice angrily crying! The service is soo bad they don't even know to give you proper guidance, so why I am payng taxes for? For them so sit down and send me home sayng try calling again tomorrow!!! U have work and chores I do not have the time so stay for hours hoping they will pick up!! The lack of knowledge is written on them. I am disappointed in they're service, we are ending up going on private care, payng double money just to make sure our health is good! Totally unfair!

    I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent appointment at your clinic. When scheduling the appointment, I specifically requested to see a female dermatologist ; however, I was booked with a male doctor. During the examination, I observed that the doctor did not use gloves, which raises serious hygiene and safety issues. I believe it's essential for medical professionals to adhere to the highest standards of patient care, including the use of protective measures like gloves. I kindly request an investigation into this matter and appreciate your prompt attention to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would like to be assured that my preferences for a female dermatologist will be respected in future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and prompt resolution of these concerns.

    My Health and we'll being coach truly fought to get me a referral to the Exercise on referral scheme. After retiring, I was lacking self-esteem and she gave me lots of wellness tips and advice. She sent me links on nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She called me regularly to make sure I wascok and to inform me on how the Exercise on referral was progressing. Shecreally worked tirelessly to ensure I got on the scheme. I did 10 weeks learning how to use the gym , I went twice a week and my gym instructor was great. After that I was offered thecreducedcyearlycratecto enable me to use any leisure facilities in Redbridge and I have enrolled in classes already. I began running and encouraged by my coach, I did my first 10k in April in Colchester Zoo! I then signed up for the Southend half marathon in June. My coach built up my confidence and encouraged me all the way. Thank you, you have made such a difference to my life!

    the Practice should stop advertising Dr iq as an access tool because most if not all of its features do not work. For example it is impossible to get an appointment via Dr iq. The practice should instead improve access to appointments by making more appointments available and have a triage system in place to direct patients to the best service. It should also have all staff in the back office to lessen the queues at busy times. There should be a queue target of no more than three people in each queue waiting to be seen by reception. It should also advertise times during the day when it is less busy so people can targwet when they arrive for adviceor to make an appointment.

    I have been with a few gp practices in the last 20 years, but this one is the worst ever. You'll wait at least 90 minutes to speak with reception, whatever the reason. On the app, you'll never be able to book an appointment - as there's nothing available. I also don't think is fair to charge (only cash payments) your clients for a form requested by a private medical insurance. I sent the form to the GP 6 weeks ago, after 2 weeks waiting, they emailed me asking to come in person at the reception to make the payment. When payment was done, I have been told that I'll have the form on the same day. It's been another 4 waiting weeks, while I was spending every week at least 90 minutes trying to chase the form. I still don't have the form, which is becoming so frustrating. Every time I call, a hear a different story. It's a nightmare!!!

    I was sent a message asking to have a blood pressure reading.I had an appointment a few weeks before and the clinician took my blood pressure but they told me there was no record of it how bad is that they don't even update your records when you have an appointment,so I have to go and have my blood pressure taken again they need to get there act together.
