    I don’t understand this gp. You call to get to appointment and the admin act like there the doctor. You have to get very confrontational with just to see the doctor. There job is to book people to see the doctor not act like there a doctor otherwise we would waste our time calling or coming to the clinic. When people call for an appointment you should just take there details and book it’s not there job to give medication and medical advice.

    Awful spend ages trying to book a consultation on the app at 8am going through all the options and boxes that are clearly not read by anyone. Phone rings for split second then gets put down got no time to answer then get a voicemail saying missed appointment and need to book again another day call the surgery back to try and get call back need to wait as 20th in a que finally get through receptionist says it’s my fault I shouldve been by my phone the whole morning waiting as i knew i had an appointment, Says nothing they can do and says i might get a call back I might not now depends on the person. How is this an efficient system people work through illness and injury people have lives and jobs and kids how can you expect people to rush onto an app at 8 am then wait 5 hours for a phone call with no way of contacting back if missed

    I have had several issues over a year now. I want to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at reception, manager and the team, doctors, nurses, pharmacist and hca. Thank you for your services and patience. Your kindness and professionalism. Thank you for finding the time to see me and guide me in the right direction. Thank you for all the abuse that you tolerate from your patients and take it on the chin and stoll carry on with your service at the desk. I have witnessed many abusive patients at reception and have witnessed, your understanding for such patient's frustration but you all have shown great respect and kindness. It's a special gratitude from me and my children, under your care. We are proud to be under your care and we also understand the load of work you all have on a daily basis. I also would like to thank you all on behalf of loxford community as a gesture of respect and honour for the whole team. You successfully gave us great service and I encourage to continue with the good work of serving the humanity.

    The latest “press 1 to be called back” means simply that you hang up and wait for a call that won’t come. I have high blood pressure and the medication is not working, still the practice manager rejected my appointment request because I had not attached pics of my swollen legs. Looking elsewhere now. Disgraceful system.

    More shame for Loxford Polyclinic. I am very upset. In almost in every day I contact the clinic to make an appointment and they can't do it, all the time the same answers,I'm tired of always hearing the same answers and I'm tired of wasting hours on the phone calling the Practice and not solving anything. I and my son we did test blood and I want to discuss with the doctor about the results, considering that I was not called by the Practice to tell me about the results, and there is more to say but I am tired. Disappointing !!!

    The reception staff are very rude and not helpful at all. You would wait for hours on the phone to hear that they wont help you. When you ask for the staff’s name they would not give it to you so that you can not even complain. If they dont like their job then they should not work there as their miserable behaviour is not nice.

    This happens to be the most unprofessional GP I’ve been to and dealt with. I had called multiple times and had no answer back requesting I try again later. The staff don’t seem as if they care which is rather appalling

    The booking staff are incompetent and unprofessional. I was given 24 hours notice to come in at 11:40 for an appointment for my 1 year old's vaccine/immunisations. My partner took time off work to take us to the appointment. After 1 hour of waiting with a one year old child waiting to be seen I am told the appointment was booked with the wrong Dr and that I would need to come again next week. This GP needs a major overhaul and this is not the first time such a low level of service has been provided. These type of of people who cannot even book appointments correctly should not be hired to be responsible for such tasks. I will be switching my GP practice , I have had enough.

    I never find such unprofessional customer care. I have been with the practice for nearly 3 years and it is a nightmare to book or to see or to talk with someone regarding any issue. The reception staff is rude, impolite and unhelpful. We are not calling for pleasure but because we need a consultation. I have been part of NHS research and they find my cholesterol very high and request for me to contact the GP. Well after 1 hour waiting on the phone the lady at the reception, very unhelpful, just kept questioning why I was calling and after asking me to go to practice and in the meantime, after I sent an email they asked me to call. Communication is very poor between them. Very unsatisfactory customer service and looking to move to a different practice.
