    The booking staff are incompetent and unprofessional. I was given 24 hours notice to come in at 11:40 for an appointment for my 1 year old's vaccine/immunisations. My partner took time off work to take us to the appointment. After 1 hour of waiting with a one year old child waiting to be seen I am told the appointment was booked with the wrong Dr and that I would need to come again next week. This GP needs a major overhaul and this is not the first time such a low level of service has been provided. These type of of people who cannot even book appointments correctly should not be hired to be responsible for such tasks. I will be switching my GP practice , I have had enough.

    I never find such unprofessional customer care. I have been with the practice for nearly 3 years and it is a nightmare to book or to see or to talk with someone regarding any issue. The reception staff is rude, impolite and unhelpful. We are not calling for pleasure but because we need a consultation. I have been part of NHS research and they find my cholesterol very high and request for me to contact the GP. Well after 1 hour waiting on the phone the lady at the reception, very unhelpful, just kept questioning why I was calling and after asking me to go to practice and in the meantime, after I sent an email they asked me to call. Communication is very poor between them. Very unsatisfactory customer service and looking to move to a different practice.

    I come to the practice very rarely, mostly because is nearly impossible to get appointment. But this was periodical screening a had to attend, I took nearly an hour to get trough to book appointment, for 8am. I arrived on time, they were only opening main door. While I was waiting in the queue I received message that “I did not attend my appointment”!! Rushed to reception pushing in front of other patient to learn that it was shouted (through the glass screen) “who has booked appointment” and note about it next to reception. Logically this information should be by the door not at the reception.I was told I won’t be seen because it will affect whole clinic like it didn’t affect my schedule today and when I had to book another visit. I keep getting messages to book blood pressure check, I think I’m safer not going.
