  1. Review titled Excellent practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The GP I saw was amazingly helpful. I have been having a skin issue for a while and what she advised is working. She also is helping me with my IBS.

The last time I took my children to Artherley House, they were well attended to. The only thing I like to recommend is improvement in the timing of attending to patients. Thanks

  5. Review titled Great practice.

I must commend Artheley house in their swiftness in attending to patients. The time I came for my appointment, the reception I received was welcoming and the GP on duty that very day was very friendly.

  6. Review titled Used to be great, but not anymore

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Becky - Posted on 07 June 2024

Used to be a great surgery, but is now let down by one or 2 atrocious GP's, with zero patient care who believe it is acceptable to wait 3 weeks for just a telephone appointment when have symptoms which could be cancerous. (After I had been told by Reception staff I could speak to a kind GP in a few days time)

Dear Becky, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, I am sorry to hear how you have felt following your recent experience with the practice. eConsults are reviewed by a clinician, usually by the end of the next working day and an appropriate clinical outcome is decided upon based on the information provided by the patient, past medical history and current care being provided for the symptoms disclosed. Where it is considered there are symptoms of a more urgent nature the clinician will ensure this is dealt with in a timely manner. I would be happy to look in to your concerns further if you could provide additional detail to hiowicb-hsi.atherleyhousesurgery@nhs.net and mark it for my attention. Kind regards, Shaun Austin, Practice Manager

  7. Review titled Unpleasant Experience

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 13 May 2024

I have to call the surgery this morning as I am quite worried about my husband's wound. I politely asked to the ?receptionist if she can find out what is happening with the surgical referral that was done a month ago. She told me the status of the referral in a very 'rushed' and impolite manner that seems like she wants to put down the phone on me right away. I feel I was not given a chance to ask more questions and this attitude is not really acceptable especially for us who are already stressed about our own family's health.

  10. Review titled Poor communication

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 25 August 2023

They aren't very smart at communicating online. Following an econsolt they sent me a request for more information over SMS from a short code number that I can't reply too. So how am I supposed to provide the info they are asking for?
