    The call handler put the telephone down on me after accusing me of being rude; I did not swear, I did not raise my voice and I did not use inappropriate language. I did however push o find out what was happening regarding my 84 year old mothers health issues. After the call handler put the phone down on me I rang back to make a complaint - the same call handler took the 2nd call and asked me to tell her what the complaint was about!!! Serious training issues here. Then I went on web page but could not find any information about how to complain….
