Great service when you can eventually see or speak to a doctor, but getting increasingly harder to get an appointment.

We are sorry to hear that you felt it hard to get an appointment with us, as you will be aware patient demand is high, and we do triage all patient requests for appointments to ensure that those in most clinical lead are seen as priority. Celia Townend Practice Manager

Was easy to get an appointment at a time that suited me. Ran on time, friendly and welcoming, receptionist, great nurse and really straightforward.

I needed blood pressure and cholesterol checks. The online thing annoys me so I phoned them directly, they answered the phone quickly, booked me with the nurse and the appointment then followed within a couple of days, with no fuss.

I sought a consultation with my GP for worsening health concerns. I was taken seriously, and offered immediate diagnostic measures. Now awaiting results. This review is for the professional manner whilst putting me more at ease.

Really helpful receptionist, personable and I didn’t feel that my phoning was a problem to them (which I have felt from places in past). My queries were dealt with professionally and successfully.
