The Doctor I saw at this surgery has expertise in the treatment of the menopause. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the subject and her explanation about how HRT works. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone experiencing menopausal symptoms.

On Saturday 22nd October myself and my wife had our covid and Flu jabs what an excellent way this was carried out it was done with military precision by caring and efficient staff. Very impressed well done to all involved at the practice.

All the staff at my surgery are very kind and helpful,as I had to visit every 4 days in order to change my plasters on the top of my head which was needed after surgery Thank you Robert Gardiner-Yeates

The receptionists were very helpful and explained in detail how my enquiry will be handled. This resulted in me being referred to see the nurse and doctor. Both were thorough and extremely helpful. My only concern was the follow up which I had to instigate

Phoned for prescription didn’t need to see dr Receptionist extremely helpful Got text 5 mins collected from chemist within hour All vey efficient

I was treated with kindness and empathy by the receptionist. A telephone conversation was provided swiftly and an in surgery consultation followed on the same day. I was impressed with the service received and was so grateful to be seen and listened to.

I had a complicated situation due to an admin issue. I contacted the surgery via econsult but unfortunately a crossover of information had already occurred. Spoke to admin team who were polite, helpful and reassuring. Issue was sorted and I was notified to clarify this had been sorted. Very very impressed with the service I received and very grateful the time taken
