I used your online appointment service for the first time today. Thank you. I have an appointment this afternoon. I feel listened to (via the online form) and know I do not need to panic but will see a nurse (I don’t need to see a doctor) before the weekend. Thank you all for your hard work.

Wait was a little over 10 minutes and the gp was friendly but the pharmacy downstairs didn’t carry the prescription so we had to find another pharmacy to pick it up at

New to area and this was the only practice that was accepting new patients so really had no choice but to register here. My family is low maintainance being an NHS nurse myself and we would only see a doctor when absolutely necessary. In the two years+ we have been here we have had to see the GP x3 on an urgent basis which were all great as these were all same day appts. The amount of cancelled scheduled appts in advance is becoming unacceptable to a point where we now feel “lets just wait and see”. I understand that things happen which could not be helped but two appts cancelled one day apart one for a routine blood test for myself and a diabetic clinic for my other half is quite disappointing specially when these are booked in advance due to other commitments. Patients are expected to cancel in good time but nothing is done when it is the other way around.

The doctor who diagnosed my urine infection made me feel at ease and talked me through symptoms treatment and made me feel comfortable and appointment was not rushed in fact I arrived early and was seen early . Even the lady who dealt with in pharmacy was very jovial polite and caring made that part of my appointment comfortable also

Having emailed a health concern to my Practice, I was pleased that within a week I had been offered a telephone call, spoken to a Dr , who has sent a request to Oxford Rheumatology dept for follow-up and also had blood tests as recommended by the Dr.

Very kind doctor offered me lots of reassurance for my procedure. Made it less stressful for me. I have a phobia of Drs and struggled to get there but I was put at ease to get it over with asap

I think the surgery has finally started to reduce waiting times. Long may it continue. The doctor that i saw was very informative. He also chased another department about an appointment that was overdue.
