Great drs but receptionist told me because I have had pains in my chest before I would have to see the dr I saw last for continuity. I had to fill in a form and be triaged That’s great seeing the same dr but I didn’t know it was exactly the same thing but had to wait 4 weeks which was worrying.

Nice, approachable doctor. She was great with my child. He said he wants this doctor everytime he needs to see one.

I was concerned about back and chest pain and then I was referred to see a physio. I was advised of the potential causes as I suffer from uc.

Doctor smit was very friendly and explained everything i needed to know The diabetic nurse was very helpful and friendly

I have to wait a month to be able to speak to a doctor. Through the phone, I was given an advice that is helpful and I have also received an opportunity for more tests to be done, so the doctor can see how serious is the problem.

Was invited to a health screening Having a Saturday morning appointment option was very good if you work all week Nurse was very nice explained everything answered my question and carried out the procedure very well

Never given appointment times outside of school hours despite specifically requesting it. Just sent an impersonal link with limited options making kids late /miss school. Please rectify this to ensure children who need to see a doctor can attend school. I tried to book in Easter holidays for this reason and we had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.

My problem was dealt with on same day. Would like phone lines to be open earlier as 8am clashes with school run/ journey to work
