Pay attention to what I'm saying and my needs... Answer my questions and deal with me needs. Was waiting for very little time to be seen. The end result was good as now booked in for my MRI.

I did managed to get a appointment this month on both occasions I rang the call.back system this time was pretty quick

The organisation of offering Covid booster vaccinations to eligible patients was, as always, well organised from the initial text message offering the service to delivery. Plenty of staff and volunteers were on hand to ensure the whole process went smoothly whilst maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I feel fortunate to be a patient at Banbury Cross Health Centre.

I’ve had a number of health issues over the last few months. The response, help and advice has been good. I realise my recent trip to A&E has caused me to jump the queue, for what’s happened since I’m very grateful to all concerned.

First visit to the practice, having recently moved to area, received text and email to book a review, booking was easy and online. Seen by nurse with no delay, all bloods and samples taken.

Having my last 2 visits and communications with Banbury Cross Health Centre being horrendous and of no help whatsoever I wasn't looking forward to my appointment today. However, good service was resumed with polite friendly staff and a productive consultation with my own GP. The latter is the usual service I have received from the practice all my life the former just a rare blip from a usually outstanding Health Centre.

Don't use doctors much, but was utterly disappointed when trying to book recently. Why did I have to jump through so many hurdles to end up having to wait 2 weeks to actually get an appointment?

Great experience with this practice, easy to deal with & really great staff. Couldn’t ask for anything better . Appointment making was very easy & results & follow up care very quick turnaround . Whilst there I learnt how many patients don’t turn up for appointments, that was a shocker .

My recent visit to the Banbury Cross Health Centre left me feeling completely reassured! The genuinely caring support I received from my very experienced and knowledgeable doctor was comforting, leaving me confident that my medical issues will be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
