A day after my appointment I am in more pain than when I went in. Given medication for a bladder infection and back issues not even checked especially as have numbness in my left thigh

Not sure why I had to fill in a questionnaire to see if I qualified for a routine appointment and once confirmed it was another 3 weeks before I got a link to book an appointment as I had Qualified, and then first appointment was another 2 weeks wait, once I saw the GP it was very satisfactory service

Routine appointment for a check up of a new condition, the empathetic Dr took time to ask about existing condition. Left feeling I had had an positive consultation. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Thank you

Surgery requested I attend for a medication review and bloodtest. Booking appointment was easy. Upon attending, the plebotomist informed me it was for a thyroid level check. As I am also on statins for high cholesterol I asked why this wasn't included in the medication review. The nurse went off to check but because the forms just said thyroid, that's all they would do. I was told "if I wanted a cholesterol test I would need to ring and speak to a doctor " As I was in the Surgery already giving blood, it is madness that enough blood wasn't taken to perform all necessary tests

I was seen on time and the Gp was very pleasant, thorough and professional! She reassured me and referred me for investigations having asked my view re what I would like her to do to put my mind at rest.

Went for bloods, was seen on time. Everyone was polite and professional. My veins are always hard to find but there was no fuss and I was soon on my way home

Nurse was really pleasant and polite, receptionist was very helpful but could not resolve problems with logging in to the NHS app
