In the middle of Banbury, this surgery is over 3 floors, with a pharmacy on the ground and a range of doctors and other services over floors 1 and 2. The booking process starts on the ground floor and there are lifts or stairs to take you up. The service is quick, I had a blood test appointment which took including waiting time (I was early for the apoointment) about 10 minutes! Good job guys!

I/family personally have never had a bad experience from bchc very efficient reception very friendly and helpful and the Dr I saw was very good at explaining everything I needed to know. Reception on the floor was very good at getting me a follow-up appointment

My test results went missing. I had to go through the whole process again with all the worry that entails; the practice manager suggested it was my fault. Not good enough.

Dr ? was good at taking my view into account and reluctance to try mediation at this stage. She was on top of trying to identify if my breathlessness is heart or lung related. Good Action plan moving forward

After a heart-related A&E report to the West Bar Surgery, I was given a good check-over and review of medication and a referral initiated for a cardiologist appointment. I left feeling well-informed and a little more relaxed.

Over the last three weeks I have visited the practice three times to discuss prostate cancer tests, have a covid jab and have a blood sample taken. All three visits were very efficient, on time and very professional. Your next question about telephone appointments does not have a choice for when appointments are made on line!!
