I received great care and was well looked after. staff were amazing and went above and beyond to care for me when a routine appointment ended up as an Emergency and needed to go to hospital.

I cannot fault anything about this practice always helpful and I've always been seen in a short time of booking the nurse I saw on this date was excellent and very friendly I was there for a health check so gave bloods and blood pressure check and got weighted

Had a routine appointment Was simple to book online Offered few dates all under a week Very impressed with time the doctor was very pleasant Reminded me of the old West bar days

Phoned at 11.00 am and was offered an appointment in the afternoon. Arrived on time and was seen immediately. No complaints at all. Even got a smile from the receptionist. Full marks

I must say I like the new layout of the text message from Banburygps It's very friendly Also the speed of the routine appointment both the response and appointment date I do pick holes in Bchc at times so nice to give some positive feedback

Staff were excellent and very professional, but also very friendly. Procedure was explained and I was asked if I understood what was said.

Was seen on time by a excellent and professional member of staff. I was given an explanation of what was going to happen and why. Eg, what the blood test was going to measure. Thank you

I was treated with the upmost respect by all the staff and it was a friendly atmosphere. The practise was very clean ,toilets very clean too.was well impressed as was my carer.

They were able to fit me in at short notice for my B12 injection, that I had unbelievably forgotten, before my holiday. So grateful to everyone involved with this.
