So i arrived early, booked myself in via the tablet then promptly waited 45 minutes until someone realised the tablet never worked. Also, i booked online thinking i'd see a GP. Turns out it was a nurse. Won't book online again that's for sure. So overall, not a great visit that day sadly.

Everytime I visit everyone is helpful and pleasant. When I book appointment via messages/link I find it easy to use.... Prescription service is very helpful and sorted out my problems.. Doctors, Physios and nurses are all nice, friendly and helpful

I love the way the doctors help most especially when my medication was changed, I stopped using the meds because it was affecting me but I was honest with the doctor that I did not use as directed. I was also care for too.

I have had to visit twice in the last few weeks for my Daughter and Myself and from the very first phone call it was so straightforward from booking via a link to the appointment itself. Both GPs we saw were extremely helpful,Kind& Informative! Couldn’t recommend this practice enough, Thank you.

Rang o'clock with worrying symptoms was seen at 1045 by Dr Had blood tests ans ECG same day and given help with any problems over the weekend Dr Will be contacting me 11oclock Tuesday with tests results

I thought trying to get a gp appointment on the first day back in the new year and way after 8am would have been a real struggle but today the practice were really helpful. I submitted an e-consult and within 10 minutes I had a phone call asking to come in later the same day. I then attended my appointment and was seen early by the GP who was thorough in his examination and sorted a prescription quickly. Overall I am very happy with the experience today and couldn’t fault the service.

The surgery is easy to get to and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I didn't have to spend to long in the waiting room which was clean and comfortable. The doctor was fantastic. He was super friendly, patient and very helpful and put my mind at ease, explaining what treatment I needed for a long term health problem. He listened and answered all questions in a clear and friendly manner.

I had a appointment at 11.30 on the 7th of January. I booked the day off work to attend this appointment. At 08.17 i received a text message saying my appointment had been cancelled. No reason for it was given. This has happened to me a couple of times in the past. So not only have i lost a days wages ( as i am self employed) now i have to make a new appointment. This is really not good enough.

I phoned later in the morning asking to see a GP, was asked to complete online form explaining my situation and completed that. I got the response and booked to see the GP. The GP was patient and took time listen to my problem and examined me and did few quick test. I felt reassured and cared for. Then sign post me to book the blood tests for further tests.

I completed an online request and was contacted the same day. I was asked to make an appointment and was sent a link to do this, no waiting in a phone queue. So that was great for me. Making an appointment was a positive experience for me but I do worry about others who do not feel confident in contacting the survey in the way I did. I know the frustration of waiting in a queue on the phone.
