I have done e consult had same day response to my query with an appointment with my Dr understood my medical condition dealt with it made me feel comfortable great efficient Doctor am so happy to be a patient of Barking Medical Group great member of staff so helpful keep up the great service

Doctors are very good in the practice. They always listen to me carefully. Advice accordingly. The doctor I had seen was very experienced and gave me advice and done observations carefully. . I am very happy with the services.

I found it extremely difficult to book an appointment using the online system. It is very frustrating when trying to book an appointment through my phone, there isn’t any appointments available majority of the time.

The E consult and the online appointments work really well, I saw the Gp 2 weeks ago and she said she would check up on me in 2 weeks to see if the new medication was working ok, and the Dr phoned and we spoke about the new meds which have helped

My concerns and medical issues were dealt with compassion and understanding by the Dr I saw last time I visited. All necessary tests were carried out thoroughly and explained why they were done, and appointments were made for further examinations also . This has been the case for me every time I visited my surgery. All the Staff from doctors to clerical level are very professional, helpful and kind.. I am blessed to have such good practice like this locally .

The receptionist was very kind and came and helped me as I have difficulty walking.The Dr was very good and not at all patronising I would definitely go to get again Thank you to the Practice.

Most efficient and friendly and helpful. Most informative nothing too much trouble. Made to feel at ease. My problem was dealt with and follow up hospital appointments made.

I saw Dr R for the first time and she was an absolute delight, very understanding and efficient and made my whole experience better... I've had many GPs over the years but she is by far the best GP I have come across, great practice... Outstanding Dr
