I needed help sorting out my mums repeat prescription. I also needed to change the chemist we use. I needed to get her on the NHS app and register my Lasting power of atoney.. She was so very helpful, polite and patient with my questions.

Every time I call the surgery and there is a query it is dealt with empathy and understanding . The query is always dealt with proffesionaly and if I am promised a call back I will always get it back for an update. I was very sceptacle about the e-consult service however it has proved me wrong . I always get a text that same morning with either an appointment or a prescription arranged. The receptionists that I have dealt with ( I cant mention their names otherwise i would) are always understanding and effecient . A lot of changes were made after the pandemic and it has taken a little while for accepting the changes but I do believe all the changes that were made were for the patients best interest. The Dr's are all very good too. Well done and thank you all !!!

Every time I visit this surgery all the staff are very professional caring n helpful Even during busy time staff take their time n listen carefully n try their best to solve the issues with smile on their face and that makes big difference

I had a good experience at my recent consultation. The doctor was really helpful and empathetic. I felt listened to and was offered advice regarding my health concerns.

I've been with this practice for 11 years. The reception staff have always managed to book appointments within the time period I need them. The practitioners have provided a sympathetic ear to all my questions and concerns. Thank you!

My appt was booked in the surgery and as a result I had to wait about 6 weeks to be seen, I know online booking is usually within 3 days. When I attended I was seen on time, gp was friendly, listened amd was professional. She took actions that I was happy with. I would book with her again. Surgery premises clean and spacious, plenty of room to sit down. I have been with this practice for 60 years,have seen multiple gps over the years and have always been satisfied with the care given.

My GP was courteous and professional. She carefully listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. She reassured me and explained matters to me in a way which was easy to understand. I felt much better after seeing her.
