    I spoke to my GP on the phone and was asked to come in, I saw another Dr and he was unable to put in my referral in as requested. Pointless appointment

    Can’t fault my treatment with this surgery from the receptionists to the doctors. Rang the practice and within less than an hour I was at the surgery with my doctor. Furthermore the next day I had an appointment at Derriford! I find it very annoying this idea that the NHS is broken. My experience over the years is that everyone is very caring and professional.

    I often use the econsult feature to get help with any illnesses or medical problems. My recent experience was for a UTI and was dealt and resolved quickly. I've always had really good service and very responsive and professional. More importantly I feel like you care about me as a patient which is very important and reassuring. Please maintain the good standards that you currently uphold as that is the correct way to run a successful practice.

    Spoke to the Dr they advised me reception would call me to make an appointment. No call received! No call no app. Ball back in my court to do another online consult to get the app made !

    Never answer the phone, have to go through e consult and then after the whole form is complete am frequently told to the instead. I send requests via email and am constantly told they can't respond and to phone or send in an e consult. My health is not a priority to the doctors.

    Dear Kate, thank you for taking the time to feedback about our service. I am sorry to read that you are disappointed with the service. We have call handlers answering calls all day and our recent average call wait time is 10 minutes. Online consultation is a service all practices must offer, and the NHS is asking practices to streamline the way we offer services to improve equity of access for patients. Our team can complete the form on your behalf if you call us by phone, or visit us in the practice or you can do this from your own home. All requests are reviewed by a team of clinicians and we allocate appointments based on clinical need. Your health is important to us, and we have introduced a safe system so that we are able to manage requests safely. Unfortunately we aren't able to take request via email, we never have as this is not a safe route for request. You can request appointment by phone, in person of via the online system. Thank you again for feeding back I hope our response provides you with more information about our service and how to access us. Regards

    Consultation by phone. Very thorough covered all necessary concerns with action being taken. Pleased with the way I was dealt with and with the time taken to answer my questions.

    I was a poor meds review had to wait 2 months for repeat px , Present appt was good with physio and referral was quick . Tel calls need to be at a time when the patient could answer not just in working hours , as I had two calls as a driver unable to answer , waste of time both you and me , Should be 4 calls not 2 calls

    I called the surgery and with an hour the Doctor phoned back with an appointment to see him with the hour. He did a thorough examination and put my mind at ease with my issue

    The staff are so very kind, thoughtful, helpful, polite.. actually made me feel happy that there are people like this. Gives me some faith in humanity. The team are very professional and guided me through what I should do.
