    First time in a while I have had a F2F appointment and was afforded the time to express my concerns with my health. I was able to be seen by my own GP which I was happy about as it makes things easier, if you sometimes struggle to explain to others something that your own GP already are aware of. I also had a further appointment with a nurse that followed straight on from seeing my GP and there was no time wasted waiting to go from one appointment to the next. I did forget to ask the nurse something so had to speak to reception and they too were very prompt in actioning my request. Overall a very pleasant experience at the surgery this time despite how I was feeling. I would highly recommend Beacon Medical and it’s staff as they do care and want to look after you.

    I was told I’d receive a prescription for Metronidazole 0.75% cream but this hasn’t been received. I will need to follow up.

    It took 3 weeks from my initial econsult to get a response from a doctor, I ended up having to call 111 in desperation and organise an emergency appointment that way. The doctor did eventually contact me, rather then offering a helpful solution they sent me an email to a link with a podcast!! My problem has not resolved, I've had to fill in another econsult and again another ridiculous 10 days wait list. I appreciate doctors are busy but the wait times and lack of assistance is causing more stress to my situation.

    Have been to the surgery many times during the month and it wasn’t until I saw a lady doctor that I was told I’d had pneumonia but was clear now but I’ve got pleurisy but no treatment given and I had been in such pain around my ribs and was Gould more than likely bruised and it wasn’t until I saw my own doctor that he decided to fast track X-ray and Ct scan which showed I had 3 fractured ribs and 2 weeks later I’m still in a lot of pain and live on paracetamol and ibuprofen so I feel quite let down

    Within 4 days my E consult produced a response from the resident physiotherapist. After a meeting a pathway was established. X-ray planned which will guide the pathway.

    My experiences at this practice have always been very satisfactory.This time I was seen by a doctor who was very thorough in his diagnosis and changed of prescriptions left me feeling much better in after my visit.ThankYou

    I always find Beacon medical group to be helpful, quick and efficient. My last experience I called reception and a dr called me back with 15 minutes and was able to give me the right treatment.
