    At first the care was incredible. I had alot of pain and got spoken to then seen quickly. Treated for a kidney infection with antibiotics, it didn't work so I put in another econsult. (I may add I got seen in the morning on the Saturday and promised these by end of the day.. I didn't get these till Monday as they didn't get put through till then - so I went a weekend with no antibiotics and no proper pain relief. )I got a phone call requesting bloods as I had a miscarriage in the last month they were worried possible matter was left from this and they still didn't know why I was still in so much pain. I hurried to get bloods, got this done and rang the Dr's and spoke to reception. Who were really nice. Said they were happy with my bloods and it's not a matter from a miscarriage and that they will ring me in two weeks.. to talk to a doctor about this. They need to book in a scan to see where this pain and why. I asked is two weeks really necessary? I'm still in alot of pain.. you've treated for an kidney infection that I didn't have and now yes I don't have high hgc levels but now it doesn't matter that I'm in alot of pain still and I've been pushed into a list. Then the receptionist said 'the list for the scan is probably longer' oh great. May I add, the doctors haven't actually felt my stomach, pelvis or anything. I went in and had a chat and my temp taken to get antibiotics at first then that's it. I had bloods taken and only looked for one thing. Why I didn't get a full bloods count to actually look for anything else I don't know. I feel like as they were wrong in the thoughts and what they thought it may be I've been pushed aside and they don't really care. Also feel like if I put another econsult in I'll be badgering them to help me and I don't want the attitude coming back at me.

    After feeling so poorly with a nasty chest infection, the communication between a clinician and myself was very quick and a massive relief to myself. Thankyou.

    My preferred contact option with this practice is online consultation. I contacted them through online consultation and had a phone call the same morning. The clinician I spoke to was very helpful, informative and listened to my medical issue. Every time I have had contact since joining this practice has been good and they have been helpful

    Iwas seen in good time Made aware of what would happen ands why also reassured things would progress in two weeks .pleased to say I have had the appointmen today at primrose centre and know why have had the problem and that is what to expect plus it was good nees

    Following an econsult a suitable appointment to see the doctor was made. The whole process was satisfactory and professionally conducted. I received the service that I expect and always receive from this practice.

    Rang on the Monday morning.Dr rang me that morning, saw him that day. Had an appointment for bloods the same day.Both times for Dr. and bloods the appointment was on time. Receptionist was very pleasant as was Dr. and the lady who did bloods

    Getting to see a doctor is becoming more and more difficult. My wife is putting off seeing her Doctor be said it is just too difficult. Why can’t you just ring and make an appointment like pre covid?

    I asked for more antibiotics to clear the infection on my knee, which i was given. Then as it did not clear up, a swab was taken to assess what the infection was before more antibiotics were prescribed. A good service, quite happy with the outcome.

    Due to a Boots shop cancelled a prescription even though I had contacted them to say I was overseas . Thankfully, the team reissued the prescription even though Boots had claimed the cost. I subsequently sent a complaint to Boots, but still awaited a response.
