    Phone call was great when it came. When waiting for a phone call would prefer if given either am or pm not the whole day. It means I don’t have to sterilise the whole day.

    Had a very reassuring telephone conversation with the GP over a health concern. Not one to visit the doctors that often but they were happy to chat and put my mind at ease. Wonderful service.

    I was seen by a doctor the same day and had a follow up phone call the next morning. My own GP wasn’t on duty at the time but I did speak to him a few days later

    Seems much to long wait between the initial E consult to GP appointment and by the time that you receive relevant treatment the ailment has either worsened or cleared up .

    Despite the health review being remotely organised, without a face to face meeting, I’m happy that it was thorough and I know the outcome. However, this is only because I know how to navigate the NHS app. If I didn’t, I’d be really disappointed that the automated messages telling me to expect a call by a certain time, didn’t actually happen! If they did, it would be a 5 star review. I prefer not sitting in a doctors waiting room, thus avoiding the germs! I’d like to think that if I needed to see a doctor, I could.

    I was rang back on the day of my e-consult..which was a lovely surprise as Beacon often fail there own targets of call back. The Dr who I spoke with was new to me with a North American accent apologies I didn't get his name. I was about to run out of medication after having extensive knee surgery. The doctor took the time to listen and advise me, we discussed my operation, how I was coping and what pain relief had worked in the past. I was left reassured, I hadn't seen a medic of any kind since the operation so was a little anxious about what I could expect. The prescription was dispensed quickly. Thank you..it was the best experience I've had from Beacon in a long time.

    Did an econsult asking for advice on a second round of antibiotics to kill a persistent ear infection..all I got back was a message said l would be contacted on 18/9..2 weeks later. Was the econsult read properly ???

    I have never had a problem. Friendly staff and professional treatment. I received my shingles jab and didn't feel a thing. I've had no reaction to the jab.

    eConsult submitted on 15th. Message received saying practice will be in touch by 6.30pm on the 16th. Call received on the 18th. Prescription provided.
