Came in for an eye infection. I have told the doctors I have seen before I cannot have eye spray. What did they do at my appointment today? Give me eye spray! I've specifically said multiple times... no eye spray. They don't listen. Terrible service. And the wait time was absolutely on the phone as I tried to get an appointment. The doctor I had wasn't the best. Quite confrontational, too. I'm gonna have to switch doctors... yet again. Thanks for nothing.

From the wonderful reception staff at Roebuck surgery, to the telephone callback and subsequent visit to Bedwell surgery the same day - I received excellent service. The compassion, kindness and professionalism was second to none. Thank you - I am grateful to be registered with this practice. 10/10 today.

They were able to answer all my queries I had about my treatment and put my mind at rest. They never made me feel as though I was being a nuisance to then.

I registered with this surgery as i’ve been unable to get an appointment with my previous surgery and i have already been seen by them. It was about a lump i had found in my breast and the Dr saw me almost instantly. She was an extremely kind and professional Dr. Considering i had never met her before she made me feel extremely comfortable and i felt heard by her. Overall i am so satisfied with the service of this practice.

Amazing service from the receptionists, have been very helpful and a joy to talk to. I got a same day appointment which was unheard of at my previous practice. Sometimes a prompt appointment is needed, so I can't thank them enough. Dr was very kind and responsive to putting me in for some health checks. This was my first visit at this practice and would definitely recommend them.

What a joke. Had to wait until late to get this appointment just to be told there was, and I quote the doctor's exact words: "gunky stuff". Could've been way more professional. What a disgrace. For example, you don't just tell a child they have "gunky stuff" on their toy when they drop it in the mud! Also, was prescribed drops even though I was completely uncomfortable with them. Even the doc said they were no good for my eye infection but got them anyway. What a joke. I advise everyone to read reviews before you show up here.

This week, in the afternoon, I became concerned about my child's rash that had been getting worse over the course of 3 days. I was a bit apprehensive of phoning so late in the afternoon to ask for advice when I know how quickly appointments go. However, the receptionist was very helpful, took details and checked with the triage doctor, who managed to call me, check photos and advise all within around 2 hours. I was so pleased with how quickly it was dealt with even though it turned out not to be a serious bacterial rash. Thank you to the receptionist and the doctor for being so accommodating.

I've been with this surgery for 20+ years and they've never let me down. Even recently I needed paperwork signed and it was done within a few days. Most of the time available for same day appointments when calling early in the morning and so very helpful with my disabled son. Never have I felt rushed or not listened to. So, if ever your looking for a good GP Practice, (and I hope Bedwell don't mind me saying this) I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Five stars from me.

Two reception staff where very helpful on Thurs the 4th April both helped me one was at roebuck and one at bedwell I had to send photos to gp they helped by going through medical secretary's to email

After having an initial phone call, I was invited to an immediate appointment. The doctor was extremely thorough and understanding and i greatly appreciated the level of the care given to my son.
