Requested an appointment in the evening, got a call at 8am next day with an appointment to be seen by the doctor that morning. Straight in and seen with good thorough check and prescription done there and then. Very good

Called the surgery for a blood test form at 15:30 in the afternoon. The staff was very helpful to track down my records and passed the request to the GP. She called me back to inform me at 17:40 to pick up the form. That was very efficient and helpful.

I had a problem and was able to see a doctor within 24 hours which was followed up with a quick blood test

I was able to get an emergency app on the day and the process was friendly and thorough. Reception team are always very helpful.

The GP surgery was able to schedule me in at very short notice after the local chemist was unable to help me. The reception staff were friendly and totally understood that my symptoms could not wait until after the Bank Holiday weekend. I am most grateful for their good humour, kindness and respect in response to my situation.

Been with this practice for years and prepost covid was thinking of leaving as it was so stressful and upsetting dealing with the receptionists and trying to get seen. Recently my experiences have been wonderful. Ive been able to get appointments, the staff have been polite and efficient and the dr I saw was so dedicated ,and thorough. I felt cared for and I wanted to say Thank you for making my overall experience so pleasant . We know its a hard and sometimes thankless job but I wanted to know that this change in the way you deal with your patients is so appreciated and has not gone unnoticed. The nurse I saw was also very efficient so thanks the whole team .

I come to the GP quite often and i always receive great service. One time, I had been Informed I had high cholesterol the previous week and when i came back, the doctor i saw was very helpful. He explained the bad & good cholesterol, how to improve my lifestyle and I was really impressed because he didn’t rush me out the door !! Sadly I’ve forgotten his name but he is a consultant GP. Keep up the good work Beeches Surgery!

I handed in a letter at the Surgery requesting routine blood tests last Wed afternoon. At 3pm the next afternoon I received a text message from the Surgery informing me that the blood test paperwork was ready for me to collect. That's what I call excellent service. Thank you.

I was able to get an appointment for today when I expected to have to ring tomorrow morning. I normally find that it is hard to get an appointment for the same day so I am relieved to have been able to get this one.
