The Nurse who attended to me was lovely, patient and listened to everything I told her and also explained everything that was done in details. Good practice and patient was put first.

Had my usual medication review with pharmacist always polite and friendly and offers advice and talks to you About any issues etc it’s so much better have a clinical pharmacist on hand when chasing up prescriptions or reviews.

I have been a patient at Bellevue Medical Centre for years. The clinci has changed a lot over the years but this was to be expected. The doctors I met so far are great, they listen to me and what I have to say, and they have helped me Greatly with my illnesses. Great experience. Great Reception Staff's. Thank you

The doctor listened to my request and we discussed the options. She explained that she would have to do some research and she contacted me again later the same day with what she had discovered and prescribed me medication that I was happy with.

I was offered same day face to face appointment but wanted a telephone appointment. Dr called me three times to ensure consultation took place after I twice missed the call. I sent photo of my condition and obtained prescription same day.

I had a telephone conversation with the clinical pharmacist about an ongoing issue, I received some practical and helpful advice, and a strategy was put in place for me to try with the knowledge that I can request further assistance from the doctors surgery or the pharmacist should the need arise.

I recently had a telephone consultation with the clinical pharmacist to discuss a ongoing issue. After a lengthy conversation it was decided that I would be referred to a practice g.p for further advice/assessment. Very grateful for advice received.
