The pharmacist was so professional and I never expected such excellent service from my GP practice. She also made another call soon after to book me an appointment to have my bloods done after realising I needed to have them done to confirm the status for my blood.

Went in for seasonal flu jab and as I was due a blood pressure check plus giving a blood sample I was asked if I wanted to do both as I was there I am nervous around needles as I rarely get it taken first time I was assured it would be this time as she was right ✅️all over before I knew

The nurse carried out the blood test has been very professional in terms of skill and attitude. My blood tissues are very narrow but she was able to complete the blood extraction work successfully in the first attempt (same for my last blood test with the same nurse) whilst from my past experiences, it normally took multiple trials. Besides, she is very friendly and proactively offered to perform the flu jab for me so as to save me from separate visit. Very pleasant and thankful experience!

I accompanied with my husband who had an appointment with the GP. The nurse who served my husband is very friendly and proactively offered to perform the flu jab for me so as to save me from separate visit in considering I’m an elderly over 80, even though I didn’t make an appointment. The process was painlessly completed under her professional hands. Very pleasant and thankful experience!

Every single time I see a Nurse they're always so friendly and make you feel comfortable! I had some bloods redone today and the nurse took her time out to be lovely to my curious 6yr old. She was so patient, so friendly and did her job so well. Thankyou.

For a blood test following a text from the surgery as part of a screening and awareness campaign the first available appointment was two weeks later. Good reminder by text the day before. The appointment was a few minutes late and the procedure was extremely smooth. They also agreed to do a quick further blood pressure test at my request which was appreciated.

They never give u appointments when u call them. The receptionists are rude. The doctors don’t take you seriously when u see them about ongoing problems. I’m thinking about Changing Gp to be honest.

My visit involved a particular test I was about to have conducted on me for the first time. I was naturally extremely nervous about it. My BP was too high as well as a result. But the nurse who took care of the procedure was incredible. She calmed me till my BP came back to normal. Spoke to me in great detail of the test and then during carrying it out, eased me so well into it, it was done in no time. She acknowledged my fear and nervousness and then comforted me through it. Couldn't have been a better experience.
