It hasn't always been rosy with this centre in the past year or so but in the spirit of not being an eternal lamenter, turnaround time for calls has improved and great service most of the time.

I took my smear test in Bellevue clinic and the nurse is explaining about the reason of test very detail before doing the test.

Pharmacist GP contacted me for review of meds. Advised they would call between 9-12. Phoned me around 11 am. Happy with everything - will therefore review again in 12 months unless there are complications or I have a change of medication via hospital consultation. GP asked varied questions about reactions to drugs and my welfare - was genuinely concerned. Thank you.

Staff are very friendly and helpful . I had a medicine review with a pharmacist today and she was very friendly and thourough .

I had a regular blood test for diabetes, cholesterol and kidneys today. The nurse explained to me the process clearly. Even more important was that she collected a blood sample skillfully, I did not feel any pain at all. Thank you!

The check up was efficiently done with the usual weight, BP and blood samples. The only downside was that having been advised to make an appointment with doctor to discuss the results in a weeks time, it was not possible for the reception staff to set up an appointment and that I would have to phone in at 8am the next day to book an appointment. Very inefficient.

Had telephone review on my regular drugs. Pharmacist was very thorough, went over everything and even reminded me that my blood work was due and therefore duly booked me in for same.

Easy to get appointments. Staff are friendly and listen to you, asking the appropriate questions and following through, with what they agree as best course of action.
