The check up was efficiently done with the usual weight, BP and blood samples. The only downside was that having been advised to make an appointment with doctor to discuss the results in a weeks time, it was not possible for the reception staff to set up an appointment and that I would have to phone in at 8am the next day to book an appointment. Very inefficient.

Had telephone review on my regular drugs. Pharmacist was very thorough, went over everything and even reminded me that my blood work was due and therefore duly booked me in for same.

Easy to get appointments. Staff are friendly and listen to you, asking the appropriate questions and following through, with what they agree as best course of action.

I had my first medical check up there and the nurse is extremely friendly and professional. I did not feel pain at all about the blood testing procedure and the nurse is very gentle for the whole process.

Don't use if you want clinical care....GPs too busy thinking what is the best method to send individual away and save on budgets Try to get medicine out of this surgery is none existent....easier to get your hands on cocaine than it is getting antibiotics from this surgery Absolute 0 clinical care, GPs too busy lining their pockets with their pay which doesn't reflect the service they offer. GPs constantly leaving because they cannot do their jobs, no consistent medical advice, they take minimal notes so no liability comes back to bite them Nurses on the other hand are amazing very kind considerate to individuals, great clinical service
