    The nurse taking my blood was friendly, confident,and,most importantly efficient....no pain apart from an initial prick.

    Practioner took blood quickly and efficiently. This is often a stressful and painful procedure for me but on this occasion it was fast and productive. I was in and back home in 40mins...excellent!

    I have had many health investigations being done this year to pinpoint the cause of my fatigue and in addition I am in a difficult relationship that can be abusive. Both these issues have affected my mental health, and the GP has been very responsive to all the issues and helped to prioritise what is important. I have always left the surgery feeling supported and that I have been heard and that I can get help.

    I arrived on time for an appointment for a routine blood test, but it was over an hour before I was called in. The nurses I saw were lovely, I couldn't fault them - but nobody could explain the long wait

    Nice pleasant staff on this occasion, nurse that I saw was extremely pleasant and very kind. I have seen this nurse before and she understands the problems that I have and it's helpful for me to see familiar staff as I don't mix too well.

    Phonecall earlier today went very well. Supply problems with eye drops fixed with alternate drops. Why do you need me to fill in more words, when I completed the review in less the three hundred words. For future, I think everyone having to phone in at 8am is not a sensible move. But I think you may not be able to change this practice unless many others (even all) follow suit

    The doctor was very polite and helpful, I felt like she listened to me and understood my responses.I have felt recently that the practice in general has been lacking in a lot of ways, with the receptions beening unhelpful and rude as just one example.But todays phone call was very productive .

    I had a routine blood test today and the support worker was helpful, courteous and pleasant. The reception staff sorted out my query re a medication review, also appreciated.
