    Kind staff all of Doctor's are very kind. Take time to listen. Reception staff only take pleased to help as well.

    Only one good receptionist very helpful. I submitted a klinik form which says can take 48 hours for a response well I had to call over 72 hours for an outcome to be told I could book an appointment for a physiotherapist which was great I finally got my outcome. Looking in the app my klinik entry was not even added until after I’d called. Overall I’ve not had a good experience when trying to see a dr and most things now seem to be passed to physiotherapists which if it’s a case of exercise then great but for pain not so great when a dr could deal with this ailment. It feels like they don’t want to deal with much now and shutting down the online system is really not helpful at all as I work until 4 so could fill out the form when I had finished but now I have to take time out of my work schedule to sit and fill the form before it closes by then there’s no chance of hearing anything until at least 48 hours if you’re lucky and if submitted on a Friday how long then do you have to wait. This new way is extremely frustrating and I will be thinking about a change of surgery

    Very nice receptionists, they are friendly and helpful,they have always helped when I have come in and they alway inform me of anything I need to do before seeing the doctor or nurse, and any thing I don’t have access to on the app they always print the paperwork for me, and on my last appointment in January of this year, the receptionist printed my results and when I had to drop results back from the hospital the receptionist made sure the doctor got them within minutes,

    It's my great pleasure that l received same day app. In less than 20 minutes by Dr. I really appreciate the receptionist effort and she has gathered all necessary symptoms for my self and my Wife. By the time l reached l got call from Dr to attend 11.30am face to face for both us. A lady Dr Examined throughly and advised according which is incredible. Thank you to all of you for your great support. Have a blessed Friday.

    After explaining my position that i didnt receive a notification appointment when i used the system before during the last festive season I was told by a receptionist that it didn't come up on to the system to be viewed But the last notification from the surgery was on the 10th December to attend a self blood pressure testing pod usage to announce my results on to the system The receptionist was very good and spoke nicely as well She explained the surgerys system of booking any appointments via the online system or you can at a given time to speak to a receptionist with your concerns and a appointment will be arranged to meet your needs Having experience alot of online scams and frauds i wasnt sure that when i was receiving some surgery messages since the lockdown in 2020 was genuine Hence due some of my health concerns by responding to visit my nearest surgery I got some decent help from the receptionist to reassure my concerns Anyways i have two appointments to attend during this month to help me better understand my general health conditions and fix a recurring leg injury With kind regards

    I was told I needed a review of medication and asthma and box Ieas texted an appointment so went. Sat for 35 mins after appointment. Told receptionist, she said “You just have to use the bp machine” !! When I checked in it said “Mr pod” I thought the Dr/Nurse had a funny name. Hope I’ve given you all a laugh 😆 i

    I have been trying to get an appointment for 10 days I don’t have an iPhone or internet access every time I try I keep being told to call back my wife has even tried but no success all I want is to see a doctor

    I went into the surgery to use the blood pressure testing machine. It was easy to use with simple instructions which is clear to follow. I was able to do the first reading but waiting 5 minutes for the next to do the next reading the device defaulted back to the login screen. I had to enter my details again and do the test at a must quicker pace.
