It is impossible to contact the practice by phone. You can be number one in the queue for over an hour. It’s impossible to get test results and you’re directed to the only service, which the tells you it’s unavailable due to being over capacity. The service provided appears to be non-existent.

Its next to impossible to talk to anyone at this practice and get an appointment or simple referral done for example. The lines are always down even during the recorded open times. Its got so bad now that the staff just don't seem to care - it used to be a really good practice but seems completely mismanaged now and is putting the health of thousands of people at risk with no hope of it improving. NHS England needs to take some action.

I waited for over an hour today to get an appointment only to be told they do not take appointments over the phone I had already tried online unsuccessfully. When I get chest infection I end up with pneumonia which I explained but receptionist did not seem to care

I have been with this surgery for 50 years and because I don't visit them regularly, they have removed me from their care without any notice. This came as a shock and has cause me a lot of distress. I visited the surgery today to find out some more information and it was a complete farce. They talk to you outside the front door in front of many people with no regard to privacy so everyone knows what you are there for.

I just wanted to book an appointment. The website is dreadful and I wasted a lot of time trying to find out how to book online only to find that the online service was suspended. I tried several times to book by phone and just could not get through. Disgusting service.

The surgery had a fire in the pharmacy at the beginning of May. It is now the end of June and nothing has been done about it. The entrance to the building is still closed, a window is being used to communicate with the reception team. This is creating large queues. When waiting for an appointment you have to stand in the car park in all weathers to be collected for your appointment. There are no chairs outside which means older people and disabled people have to stand and wait for a long time outside which is not safe. The fire was a terrible thing to happen but it has been nearly 2 months and there’s no sign of it returning to its usual service. I spoke to other’s in the queue when I last visited and they had been waiting for 1.5hrs to collect a prescription from the reception desk. This is appalling and needs sorting ASAP.

On hold for just under 2 hours for prescription as fire and then it automatically hangs up on 1 hour 59 mins after getting In to position 2 now have to ring again position 19 how annoying really bad service about to run out meds

Good morning, I am a patient registered with Bennetts End Surgery and I am home bound patient as well. Its been 2 to 3 weeks I am going through chronic pain and I am not able to sleep and I am going through high depression attacks too. I am angry and I am frustrated .. its been every time 1 hour 45 mins or 1 hour 30 minimum wait time to connect to reception and when its near to connect like waiting in queue from number 30 and while reaching number 4 it ends up and again u go back into queue and then they ask for filling a form and then a doctor get back to you. I have taken so many screen shots for wait time but now i am tired of taking it. Seems like its an impossible thing to get in touch with them. When and how things get sorted but seems like everyone and everywhere people are struggling but we are going through pain and we are suffering is there any solution to put an end to this. Seems like impossible. I wish someone take an action and sort this out. Thanks. Regards,

Following the fire at the surgery, collecting my prescrition became problematic. The lady advising patients who turned up at the surgery did a good job and the text which was sent to my phone explaining how to proceed really sorted things out for me.

I received a message from my GP which stated i have telephone appointment with asap regarding my blood test. For three days now i have been trying to telephone on multiple occasions, each time i am in queue position twelve which i remain in for the next half an hour, and don't even more to position eleven. There is no website anymore it just crashes every time i try to access it. How on earth can i contact this place? This is disgusting service !
