Over the last eighteen months I have needed the support of this practice on various medical issues. I have always found them very caring, professional and showing great empathy. This is from the admin support staff through too all the medical staff with the doctors being very diligent on monitoring my test results showing I need hospital treatment urgently. Now hopefully on the mend thanks to all the staff brilliant.

All the GPs at Kingfisher Berkley Practice are outstanding. In my 59 years I have never come across such kind, caring, thoughtful, understanding and patient doctors. Every GP will go out of their way to listen and do their utmost to help you in whatever way they can. At times I have spoken to different GPs, but each one never fails to have the same standard of care, understanding and patience. Even the receptionist and the rest of the staff that I have gave come across have the same set of values which are priceless. I cannot fault any GP or member of staff at this Practice and I am so very grateful for their care. Thankyou to the lead GPs and your most excellent team.

The online form was quick and easy to use. I had a response within the hour and an appointment arranged. I had to call into the surgery where the receptionist dealt with my issue efficiently and was extremely helpful. Had a T/C with the GP within 2hrs who was also helpful and provided further advice for my current condition. All in all a super service.

I have been with this practice over 8 years now and always found them very helpful from the administrative staff to the helpful care professionals. Superb !

I have been with this surgery for about a year, and I just can't fault it. Superb practice. I feel valued, listened to and safe. Thoroughly recommend this GP surgery. Today I had an excellent phone consultation, about 2 hrs after contacting the surgery online.

Easy to get an appointment and seen on time. Doctor was professional and considerate and I did not feel rushed. Very happy with the level of care provided and the treatment/tests recommended.

Phoned hospital for problem and was told to contact surgery with a urine sample. Visited same afternoon and sample was tested. Doctor reviewed results and issued prescription for collection from chemist the following morning. Immediate response and perfect drug for problem. As ever my treatment has been spot on. Many thanks to you all.

From initial consultation to follow up phone call the doctor was so thorough, so caring and professional in every way. Also very reassuring and gave excellent advice. I would have every confidence in this doctor going forward and would highly recommend.

The nurse who took my blood yesterday was absolutely amazing. I explained that I usually faint when my blood is taken, I am 36 years and yes it still happens. She was very nice, did everything very quick, distracting me with questions about holidays. After she finished she made sure I was ok and then I could go. There were no marks on my arm either or pain during the process. Thank you very much!
