    Rang at 4pm as was concerned about my child, despite the late call time and the fact that there were no available appointments, I still got a call back off a doctor. The doctor was very thorough with their questions and gave me the advice I needed, thus avoiding me sitting up a&e or the out of hours surgery for hours with a poorly child. This isn’t the first time I’ve needed a last minute appointment for one of my children and I have always received either a face to face or sufficient advice over the phone. With all the bad press that surgeries are getting atm in the news, for lack of service and appointments I can honestly say that our surgery is fabulous. Can’t fault them for their service, particularly with children. Would (and have) recommend to anybody looking for a new surgery.

    In last two weeks I have had to contacts more than I have ever re my children. Something we are lucky is a rare occasion every single person I have encountered has been wonderful!!!!. Reception, admin staff doctors honestly so much empathy. In time where I know they are so busy and so stretched. Little extra thank you to lady who this morning went above and beyond why I waited. Please know I am so grateful and really are doing a great job.

    I called the surgery in extreme pain a problem with my legs not usually experienced. I felt listened to by the person receiving my call and the doctor who even brought another doctor to make a second check before sending me for emergency treatment at the Manor hospital. Thank you, I was in real trouble that day.

    After months feeling unwell ..decided use nhs app to book phone conceltation at doctors ..I reserved a 4.30 pm appointment as I work till 2.30/3 . I waited on day by phone from 4pm till 6pm waiting my call ..but nothing..found missed call off them at 6.11 pm when I was out.i phoned next day to complain and was sent text saying another one would be arranged on the Thursday of that week at my convenience I was just to phone and confirm...whilst at work I tried for hrs to get through..when finally did was told my phone appointment had been made for between 12pm and 3 pm !!! I'm tempted call this stupidity on there behalf when ready told them I work till 2.30/3 ...but that may be crediting them a little too highly behind that reception!!!!

    After booking a telephone consultation...lets face it ..no chance seeing a doctor !!..I waited for my appointment at 4 30 pm..still waiting 5.30pm.. 6pm had to go out ..found missed call 6.11pm ..whats point of timed appointment

    After a number of issues with my health, I really cannot fault this GP practice who have gone above and beyond to help me, with referrals for procedures, I like to speak to my regular GP, he's truly amazing.

    I have always found kingfisher berkley to be a brilliant surgery, they always go the extra mile to help you and always try to find a solution if there are no appointments or call backs available when you call, the doctors are all very friendly and listen to your problem and don’t just fob you off, I would highly recommend this practice!
