    Used accurx system for the first time to arrange a call with GP, extremely easy to use and received a phone call from GP same day with prescription issued....very happy with the speedy service

    A practice that take the time out to contact that their patient as a follow up to medical treatment an introduce them to programs that can further assist them in getting well

    Used the online contact form to report feeling not very well. Was answered an hour or so later and a corse of action agreed with the doctor. Very impressed.

    Gave details of my suspected ailment on the online form and forwarded same to practise, around 1300 hours on 27/3/23. Recieved a call from doctor around 1700 hours on same day. After a discussion doctor stated he would forward a prescription to my local pharmacy asap. Really pleased with the response l recieved and the attitude of the doctor l spoke to.

    Having fairly recently registered with the practice, yesterday I had my first appointment with a doctor (28/2/2023). The experience was very positive. My impression of the new appointment system is very good. I did not need or request an urgent appointment but within 90 minutes of making the request I was sitting in the waiting room. My impression of the doctor is also positive and I am content with the outcome.

    I have recently received a message to let me know that you intend to move to on- line appointment booking and other things, please let me know how you intend to assist or supply your elderly patients with the supply of Internet and devices to enable them to do this. My parents do not have home Internet or any devices to enable them to contact you once you move over. Does this mean that folks who are either incapable of using on-line methods or can't afford them will be left with no way of contacting their GP, you have already ceased face to face appointment booking.

    After visiting the doctors with my daughter who was really unwell (worried she might have strep a) I visited the doctors at 8am just to see if I could get an appointment. I was told by the members of staff that I now need to do an online booking form to which she replied very rudely ‘haven’t you had the txt?!’ Obviously not as I wouldn’t have been there. She then asked my name and in the middle of me telling her interrupted me with such attitude asking my number so she can get her colleague to send me the txt. That was it. I’ve never been spoken to like that before and I especially do not expect it from reception staff at my GP surgery when I needed some reassurance regarding my daughters health. Disappointed is an understatement and I will be looking for another surgery after being made to feel so pathetic. What makes it worse is that she did have strep a. Thank you

    Following the need to communicate with my mothers Dr regarding her new medication distribution, they responded straight away and followed up with a phone call and email. Refreshing to find a practice that is so efficient. Thank you.
