Used Patchs on a Sunday night to describe my symptoms & send photos to request an appointment at some point via any channel. Was happy to wait as it wasn't sn urgent issue but troublesome. Monday morning, received a text & email confirming a suitable appointment time for that same day. Met a fabulous nurse who listened brilliantly, checked with a Dr about next steps and received text messages that same afternoon about next steps. Absolutely stellar service from everyone at the practice. Thank you!

Had to go in for a routine check up and found the service was really quick. Checked in via the screen and despite it saying my appointment would be 10 mins late it was actually only a couple of mins. The nurse was friendly and caring, making an unpleasant check up much more bearable. She was also very efficient ensuring I was in and out quickly limiting the time I had to make back up from missing work.

Didn't have long to wait after arriving. GP was sympathetic, listened carefully, took my personal circumstances into consideration and discussed my options with me, to decide on the best approach to suit my needs.

My visit was fine. My appointment was cancelled in the morning but I was given another one for same day. Doctor was very helpful and honest. Over all good experience. I do not like the car park. Its really difficult to park and even it was not full of cars. I can’t imagine parking there if its fully occupied.
