    From my initial contact, I had a phone appointment the same day and one agreed in person three days later. After that one I had a prescription which was at the pharmacy when I got there and a follow up appointment sorted and an x-ray booked at Great Western Hospital. Even that was quick, the car park said I was parked for 24 minutes.

    I got an appointment without any problem. The GP I saw took the time to listen and thoroughly explain the reasons I was having my particular symptoms and how to resolve them. I left the surgery feeling very happy abywhat my symptoms actually were. So glad I moved to this practice

    I’ve having my flu jab this morning, the process was well organised , since my arrival , I was directly accompanied to the vaccination room, the nurses were very friendly and professional, they administered me the vaccine in seconds, with clear information about it, and regarding the potential others vaccines suitable to my case. Thank you very much for your support and kindness 🌹

    I have visited for two appointments in two days with a GP and a nurse. I was very happy with both as they were welcoming, very helpful and put me at ease. I’m very grateful for the standard of care I received. Thank you.

    My wife and I received our flu jab today. Parking was allowed at the car park as my wife is a wheelchair user. The nurse could not have been more helpful

    The practice has always been able to meet my medical needs adequately. I have never had to wait very long for an appointment and any urgent problems have always resulted in a call back quickly from a doctor. On this occasion I was trying to get long term antibiotics for a recurrence or a urinary tract infection… the GP was open to my request to try the medication of my choice .. which I received for a 30 day trial .

    Got rushed in, not listened to, not correct resolution of problem. Rushed out, nurse was giving information on the way out of the room and down the stairs with back to me. Called next patient before I even got to bottom of steps, so no chance to ask questions.

    I had a flu and COVID vaccination at the practice this morning. Although I was early for my appointment I was met by very friendly staff and was shown into the consulting room straight away. Everything was explained to me and I didn’t feel a thing. I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the process. Thank you
