    The nurse was not prepared and did not know why I was there. She was a different person to last time. She seemed to not have any idea why my heart rate was 50 and my ankles were swelling. Her idea for a 72 hour ECG was not shared by the doctor. She didn't offer any further consultation for what to do about my symptoms. She texted if I wanted to get the ECG to contact Ridgeway. Am I supposed to make the call on that? It seemed like it was important for her partner who had fainting spells but I don't know how important ewas for me. Now I am wondering what I should do next about my symptoms?

    Appointment made through online system, did not know in advance who I would be seeing. Pleasantly surprised, hadn't seen this GP before, he was friendly and empathetic to needs.

    Had an appointment with my GP, self sign-in was easy, didn’t wait long, my GP was great as always, everywhere was bright, clean and tidy as always and staff at Reception pleasant and welcoming. Thank you 😊

    Doctor was welcoming, and reviewed my meds with checks on my health. Blood pressure was a little raised but told me to check at home and if concerned to come back.

    Getting an appointment was easy using the online system . It was a while between booking and the appointment , but I understand that it’s extremely busy . We arrived 5 minutes before , the surgery was clean and we were seen promptly. The Dr listened and dealt with the issue with kindness and knowledge
