    Trying to get an appointment is a challenge and almost made me not bother. Have been considering changing surgery because of this. The GP experience was very good as it always is, but getting an appointment is never easy

    As this was my first experience visiting a medical surgery. I did find it interesting as to fact that it was used to train medical students asking all the relevant questions , and necessary checks . Making me feel very comfortable with discussing the reason for my visit. All information given was discussed with Doctor via students. I was satisfied with the results and outcome of my visit.

    I was able to make an appointment at a time and date that suited me. My consultation was helpful and I was treated very well by all staff. Fantastic practice.

    I had a sick baby of which I disclosed all that was worrying me instead of a doctor's appointment they had a pharmacist called me who when I told about the symptoms referred me straight back to the GP when I called to make sure we got an appointment I was told oh she's just got a cold by the receptionist but they were obviously made to book an appointment by the referral back from the pharmacist! Cannot fault the doctor we saw who prescribed the meds to get my baby on the mend but the reception staff need retraining. I can only imagine how many people are ended up at a&e if there choosing to diagnose instead

    My call was answered quickly and I got an appointment the same day. There were two young trainee doctors present. They were both thorough and professional. The qualified doctor was very pleasant and professional too. I got two follow up appointments immediately.
